A Celebration of Vancouver Island Dinner
He’s bringing a variety of local wines, spirits and ciders that you will be able to enjoy with Chef George Gates farm to table 6 course tasting menu. Pairings include wines from Sea Star Estate from Pender Island, Emandare and Unsworth from the Cowichan Valley, spirits from Wayward Distillery from the Comox Valley, and cider from Salt Spring Wild.
Doors open at 5:30pm with a cocktail hour, dinner begins at 6:30pm
Cost is $150 per person plus taxes and gratuites.
