This is a FREE, hands on, festival-themed e vent for people of all ages. Over 25 local sports and recreation groups will be demonstrating their activities along the infield of the track at the Cowichan Sportsplex. Try something new! Special themed presentations will featured throughout the day 🤸 Mascots, food trucks and sport celebrity sightings will add to the fun!
