Check in for this event at the farmhouse before making your way to the distillery for a sensory analysis (appearance, nose, texture, and taste) of some of our hidden gems. We will be tasting Whiskey Jack’s, Pear Brandy, and XXO Brandy. Group sizes will be small, giving the opportunity to ask questions in a more intimate setting.
At the farmhouse, talk to our chefs and other team members as you explore the art of our cocktails and savour appetizers made from in-house ingredients. Guests attending this event will have the opportunity to purchase a bottle of Whiskey Jack’s, which will be the last offering of this vintage spirit, as well as other spirits, ciders and products, of course! Shuttle service is available from Victoria.
