This Food, Wine and Jazz Feast brings together handcrafted food by Cowichan Valley foraging icon, chef and author Bill Jones; paired perfectly with wines from family-owned, sustainably-farmed and award-winning Blue Grouse Estate Winery; and capped off by rhythms of jazz from New York City’s vibrant pianist, composer and producer Misha Piatigorsky. The event will feature a long-table, white-cloth, farm-to-table dinner.
