Paddle Canada Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Courses
The SUP Essentials or Basic course introduces the paddler to all the basic skills required to get started & to be safe on a Stand Up Paddle board (SUP). This course informs you about all the equipment, safety , various paddle strokes, launching and landing your SUP. No experience is required and lots of fun is guaranteed!
