At the nucleus of the South Island Rhythm Kings is the Father/Son team of “Lazy” Mike Mallon on Vocals & Harmonica, and Carson Mallon on Guitar & Vocals. These guys create a fresh spin on traditional down-home Blues ~ with Ricky Renouf laying it down on the Stand-up Bass, rock steady Drummer, Nick Dokter, & Dan Dube on keys. This dynamic team forges the bands amazing ‘down-home blues’ sound, producing a high-energy engaging show every time!
