Todd is a self-taught woodcarver who creates one-of-a-kind, nature-related coffee tables and wall art that come from his deep love of nature and his decades of experience working with wood.

Joanne Mitchell’s style is unique, removing non-essential elements to focus the eye on the very essence of her subject. Her palette is both intense and sensitive, mirroring the glory and infinite variety of nature’s own palette. Her work translates mood with light and colour, celebrates a sense of place and captures moments of silence and solitude.

Warmland Calligraphers of the Cowichan Valley is a non-profit group formed to facilitate the exchange of information between calligraphers and to promote interest in and appreciation of calligraphy as an art form within the community.

New works by Island members of the Canadian Bookbinders and Book Artists Guild. Since 1983 the Canadian Bookbinders and Book Artists Guild has worked to support the development of the book arts in Canada. The book arts include bookbinding, artists’ books, papermaking, calligraphy, letterpress printing and typography, wood engraving, paper decorating, restoration, and conservation.
