Introduction

Chocolate Pearl creates handmade, artisanal chocolate confections, made right on the premises of our lovely shop. Our chocolates are made from white, dark, and milk chocolate “pearls,” as well as other assorted confections like blackberry caramel, pistachio marzipan and even a stout beer ganache. Mmm. And that’s just the tip of the chocolate-covered iceberg. Chocolatier, Cheryl Painter Yonge regularly features new products, many of which include ingredients sourced from local producers.
