Join us for an intimate evening of sip and savour as we pair the culinary creations of Chef George Gates with the beautiful wines of Enrico Winery. The Chef is working on the menu but has chosen a Sea to Pasture theme.
Doors will open at 5:30pm for a cocktail reception, followed by a 5 course seated dinner by Chef George Gates at 6:30. Each course will be served with a carefully selected wine pairing from Enrico Winery.
